Step 2: After you have determined that you have a valid basis to obtain a Nevada annulment, we will send you our annulment questionnaire to complete and return to us.
Step 3: Once we receive your completed questionnaire back from you we will prepare all of the necessary court documents and send them to you for your notarized signature. After we received the signed documents back, we will file everything with the court. After the annulment process is completed and we have received the annulment decree from the court we will send it to you to keep with your records.
